In session 5 we look at using form controls to allow the user to choose what data they want to display in a chart. However, if you want to hide the entire chart, borders, axis, legend, the lot then that is a different challenge altogether.

One option is to use the INDIRECT function (session 5.11) to toggle between displaying the chart or displaying an empty cell.

Hopefully one of those will work for you. Let us know if you get stuck or have further questions.

Yes, I want to hide the entire chart, borders, axis, ... upon a condition. I'll look at the INDIRECT function and get back to you.

It worked with the Indirect function. I used an empty cell plus my graph in another cell. Thanks.

Now, there's just one formating thing: the graph that shows with the indirect function is in a frame (I used an image to insert the graph as shown in the lesson) but I can't erase the grey border of the frame. Do you have an idea (other than to insert on in each sides of the frame white rectangles to hide them)?

The grey borders are the gridlines image from your source sheet. Just hide the gridlines in the source sheet and the grey borders will be hidden.
