A conversion is when someone moves from one stage in a sales funnel to the next. For example, a lead may convert into a seminar attendee and from there they may convert into a sale.

The Conversion Pivot answers question 2c: "what is the distribution of conversion times (i.e. how many people join after 1 week, 1 month etc.) You can choose the buckets for this."

The Conversion Pivot calculates the number of days from initial contact (becoming a lead) to them purchasing the membership.
