Conditional Formatting Chart Labels

Hi, I created a pivot chart and would like to highlight the data labels (different font colours) for sets of data that are underperforming/overperforming based on a certain benchmark. The data labels are currently reading "Values From Cells". I have tried changing the format of the related cells however it does not result in the same change in the data label. Is there a way to apply conditional formatting or something of similar effect to the data labels? Currently the data label is showing "Completion: xxx %" so it is a mixture of text and percentage.

Thanks in advance

Hi Ying,

You can't conditionally format chart data labels, sorry. The best you could do is create separate labels for each colour set. If you're using 'values from cells' then you'd need two separate ranges, one for each colour and two separate series to attach them to, as shown here.
