I was wondering how to add a slicer for the different fields that I added to the values zone. So, a slicer containing Room 1, Kitchen, Living room, aso)
I have data from multiple thermometers that I resume in a pivot table and pivot chart. I would like to be able to add a slicer that allows me to check / uncheck the different data.
I did have a look on the internet, but I couldn't find an answer to my question. Thank you in advance for your effort.
It looks like your data isn't in the correct tabular format to support a Slicer that contains Room 1, Kitchen, Living Room etc. My guess is you have a separate column for each of these fields, as opposed to having a column called 'Room'.
You'd need to fix your data structure if you want a Slicer for the different rooms.
