Hello,
I have been stumped on why my conditional formatting is not working to display the progress in tasks for the completed days. I downloaded the file and my formatting and sheet set up seems to be identical, yet the formatting won't work.
I am using Excel 2016 on PC.
I would appreciate any guidance, thank you.

Hi Ayanna,
Welcome to our forum! If you go into the conditional formatting manager you can see that the yellow format is applied to one cell: K8. You need to select the cells you want to format before applying the rule.
I hope that points you in the right direction, but come back if you get stuck again and share the file showing where you're up to and what you've tried.
