Hi Mynda,
I have made a dashboard and it works. However, when I added a monthly data into the source data and refreshed it on the dashboard, the monthly data disappeared from the source data even the Pivot chart showed the changes.
What are the causes of this and how can I fix it?

Welcome to our forum!
How did you add the monthly data to the source data? How was the source data generated? If it is a query, then maybe the query is overwriting the monthly data.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'even the pivot chart showed the changes'.
