Hello all,

I have an interactive dashboard that I built that has a slicer with each sales reps name.  Its a pretty simple dashboard with their sales metrics but on the bottom of the dashboard is their income potential filled in with their current metrics.  Next to those pre-populated cells are empty cells where we can adjust certain %'s to see the impact it would have on their individual income.  What I would like is for the cells that we input the potential numbers into stay with those numbers for that particular slicer selection (sales rep) and not change all of the other sales reps.  I am not sure if this is possible or not but i figured I would give it a shot. I put a screenshot below.  The light blue cells at the bottom are the ones I want to fill in manually.  I have put red fill in a few areas that display the sales reps full names for privacy. Any suggestions? dashboard-screenshot.png

Hi David,

Welcome to our forum!

When you change the Slicer selection, what do you want Excel to do with the values you typed into the blue cells? Clear them? Save them somewhere? I'm not saying this is possible, I'm just trying to understand what you'd like to happen in an ideal world.

The ideal situation would be for those values to be stored for that particular rep so when we leave the dashboard and go back those values we entered would be in the blue boxes by rep.
