Hello Experts,
Looking to consolidate the data from Column E to Column Z depending on the tasks/person.
I want to see the top 5 activities performed in the department & each person's total no of hours spent on one task, each column representing half an hour period so whole day consists of 7.5 hours including .5 hour of lunch break.
I want to develop a dashboard using this & present it to the team.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your file, however it's referencing a source file saved on your PC that you didn't share, so when I open the query I just get an error. If you can share the source file/s we can look into it further.
What I can say is your data is not in a tabular format. You need to unpivot the columns containing the task names into a single column so you can count the time spent on each task etc.
This PivotTable video will illustrate the problem you have with your data not being in a tabular format.
