How can I get country maps for smaller/third world countries showing provincial/governorate/state boundaries?

Hi Fidele,
The map charts are plotted by Bing Maps, however it's not the full Bing map service and as a result we often find that smaller countries are not plotted very well. You can try by naming your columns correctly and removing ambiguity. This post explains map charts in more detail.
