Good Morning good People, i am in charge of the error spreadsheet for my company and my boss has asked for a database. The only issue that i have is that not only do i not know how to create one but i cant envision it in my mind.  there is so much information out there..i dont want to watch the incorrect tutorial. i have attached a copy of two of the spreadsheets that i am in charge of. would some one please tell me if they can see it being a date base point me in the right direction on how to create something that would AMAZE my boss and company.

The Test Error Spreadsheet is how we keep a record of the errors that each agent makes.  i would like to know how i can create a database or a better pivot chart that is clear and very impressive

The Test Escalations Spreadsheet is how we keep a record of the escalations from each agent. each day we can get about 50 various escalations from our agents that we need to send to the office.
