Hi all

I have some data that shows the number of competent and not competent assessments marked and who the trainer is. How do I show, not only this data, but also the total % of assessments that are competent and not competent, on the same chart?

E.g. Trainer A has had 5 assessments marked as competent and 5 assessments marked as not competent. If the total of all trainers shows that the percentage is 70% for that specific assessment to be marked competent, how do I show this? Do I have to firstly change the trainers totals to show my percentages i.e. 50% and 50% and then how do I show the total 70% competent, as maybe a translucent colour bar on the chart? Or would I have to do a combo and put it in as a line graph or something similar? If I also need to see the actual numbers of competent and not competent, would this need to go on another chart?

I hope this makes sense. If not, I can upload a sample of my data.

Thank you

Karen

Hi Karen,

Can you please upload a sample Excel file. It's difficult to visualise what you want and even more difficult to explain a solution with just words.

Thanks,

Mynda
