I have a list of properties and the dates when the related leases are ending. I have (unsuccessfully) tried to create a chart which shows visually the ending dates, with the properties on the y-axis and the dates on the x-axis.
Biggest issue at this point is the formatting of the x-axis (dates). Can't get to format the axis to dates. Also would like to see every 1st of the month as major units.
Sample file is attached. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to our forum! Unfortunately, you're not able to have major units in line with month start dates as they are always equally spaced.
As a workaround, you can use conditional formatting to create a Gantt style of chart like the ones used in my Project Management Dashboard.
Have a look at that tutorial and if you get stuck, come back with your file and attempt so we can see where you need help.
