Hi !

please guide how to make bars as shown in attached image.

Hi Irfan,

You can use a stacked 100% bar chart and add labels for the values.

See example file attached. You can't get the labels outside the end of the bars, but I've set Arsenal's to inside base and Everton's to inside end so they are aligned.

Hi Irfan

To get the effects you see on your image, you will need to create "transparent" charts. (transparent chart area and plot area)

Most of the text, values and background colors comes from the worksheet itself. That is why the chart must be transparent.

You can also create the legend on the worksheet or paste it as an image onto the chart etc.

You can see how it could be done from my attachment.

Hi Irfan,

If you go with Sunny's solution (which is nice), be careful to test on all users PC's because you may find the alignment doesn't always render the same from one PC/Excel version to the next.
